As an important country for economic prosperity in the Middle East, the United Arab Emirates is renowned for its abundant oil and gas resources. In recent years, with the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization, local enterprises have developed rapidly and the number of employees has continued to rise. Many large enterprises provide well-equipped accommodation environments for employees from all over the world. The customer of this project cooperated with Xinli Boiler is a well-known enterprise in the United Arab Emirates, whose employee dormitory building has a large number of occupants. Previously, the main challenges faced by customers were: low efficiency, unstable running, inability to meet the water demand during concentrated periods, and high operating costs of the existing hot water boiler. In the employee dormitory, the daily use of hot water is relatively concentrated,especially during the morning washing and evening bathing time after work. This requires the hot water supply system to have strong supply capacity and efficient heating speed to meet the large demand for hot water from numerous employees in a short period of time. Moreover, due to employees coming from different regions and varying living habits, their demands for hot water temperature and volume also differ. Therefore, the hot water supply system needs to have flexible adjustment functions. Meanwhile, considering the long-term operating costs of the enterprise, the energy efficiency of hot water supply equipment cannot be ignored. If the energy consumption of the equipment is too high, it will increase the operational burden of the enterprise. Therefore, the company urgently needs a new, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective hot water solution. They ultimately chose Xinli Boiler as its partner for this project after multiple investigations and comparisons. Xinli Boiler's technical team customized a solution for parallel operation of CLSS0.21-85/60-Y.Q natural gas fired once-through flow hot water boilers based on the actual needs of the customer and local environmental policies.

The CLSS0.21-85/60-Y.Q natural gas fired once-through flow hot water boilers applied to employee dormitories in UAE enterprises is one of Xinli Boiler's star products. It adopts a vertical water pipe layout with a compact structure and small footprint, which make it particularly suitable for installation in places with limited space. Its rated thermal power is 0.21MW that can meet a certain scale of hot water demand. It can keep stable and reliable running under rated working pressure. The boiler can greatly improve energy utilization efficiency and effectively reduce operating costs compared to traditional boilers. One of the biggest highlights of this boiler is its clean and environmentally friendly characteristics. Due to the use of natural gas as fuel, there are very few pollutants generated during the combustion process, and the emissions of harmful gases such as nitrogen oxides are much lower than the local environmental standards in the United Arab Emirates. This not only complies with the strict regulations of the UAE government on corporate environmental protection, but also establishes a good social image for enterprises. At the same time, the boiler is equipped with an advanced intelligent control system. The operators can easily start, stop, adjust temperature, monitor water level and other operations of the boiler through the control panel. The system also has fault diagnosis and alarm functions. It can promptly issue an alarm and take corresponding protective measures to ensure the safe operation of the boiler once an abnormal situation occurs. In addition, the unique water circulation design of the boiler enables water to quickly generate hot water by flowing through the water pipes in one go with fast heating speed and uniform and stable water temperature so that it can provide employees a comfortable bathing experience.
