The customer is a food processing company in Ethiopia specializing in macaroni production. The factory previously used an oil-fired boiler to provide heat for its production process. The outdated oil-fired boiler increased the factory's operating and maintenance costs and affected the stability of the heat supply. The customer therefore sought a more reliable boiler with lower fuel costs to meet the continuous heating requirements of macaroni production.
