The structure of the boiler is single drum and longitudinal type with chain grate. The steam boiler takes AII bituminous coal as fuel, which is a common fuel for burning in many areas. AII bituminous coal has higher heat value than AIII and inferior coal, and can save fuel costs.
DZL6-1.25-AII steam boiler has the maximum capacity of 6 tons, the customer currently needs 4 tons boiler, but the customer plans to expand his production ability. So we suggest him to choose the 6 ton/h steam boiler. The boiler rated pressure is 1.25MPa and the highest achievable steam temperature is 194℃.
