The cable manufacturing process includes three processes: mixing, extrusion and vulcanization. In the extrusion process, the temperature is too high, which is easy to cause scorching, and the temperature is too low, which is difficult to gelatinize. In the vulcanization process, bubbles are easily generated if the temperature is too low or too high, and the temperature and pressure requirements of each process are different. Therefore, the temperature and pressure control of cooking should be accurate and adjustable. The cable company recently customized a 1-ton DZH coal fired steam boiler at Xinli boiler. This series steam boiler can comprehensively monitor the water level and steam pressure of the boiler, and uses the boiler safety control technology in line with the EU coal fired boiler standard to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler. And this steam boiler adopts both automatic and interlocking control technology to realize stepless speed regulation of the grate.

This type coal fired steam boiler is a single drum vertical water fire tube shell boiler. The combustion mode is movable grate and It is a horizontal three return water fire tube hybrid one. A bunch of threaded smoke pipes are arranged in the drum. The water walls on the left and right sides of the furnace are radiant heating surfaces, and the water wall tubes and headers are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides. Light movable grate is used for manual coal feeding, and blower and induced draft fan are equipped for mechanical ventilation.
