Guide: A company engaged in feed industry in the Philippines purchased a 6 ton biomass fired steam boiler used in their feed production processes.
The production processes in the feed industry involve granulation, conditioning, drying, disinfection, etc. So many feed plants generally use steam boilers because of the need of steam in the feed production processes. A company in the Philippines is mainly engaged in the processing of feed and concentrated feed and the research and development of feed technology. This time, the company cooperated with Xinli boiler in boiler selection. Xinli boiler provided a 6-ton SZL series coal fired steam boiler according to the feed production process requirements of the company, with rated evaporation capacity of 6t/h, steam temperature of 194 ℃ and feed water temperature of 20 ℃.
The boiler belongs to the assembly structure and is composed of upper and lower parts. The upper part is the heating surface and the lower part is the combustion equipment. Water walls are arranged around the front end of the boiler body. The upper part is connected with the drum, and the lower part is connected with the header to form a combustion chamber to absorb the radiant heat of the furnace. At the rear end, dense convection tube bundles are arranged between the upper and lower drums. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion is led to the separately arranged economizer after it is horizontally scoured by the convection heating surface through the secondary return path. Finally, it enters the dust remover and is discharged through the chimney to reduce the flue gas emission for the enterprise and meet the local environmental protection requirements. In addition, the boiler can be fully intelligent controlled. Once it is put into operation, the boiler will automatically run, the water level, etc. will be automatically adjusted, and the flue gas will be automatically detected, with complete functions.
