Its heat transfer coefficient is 1.8 times higher than ordinary smoke tubes after continuous optimization, which increases the heat conduction. In terms of manufacturing process, Xinli Boiler uses pre expansion to eliminate the gap between the smoke tube and tube plate, and then adopts the welding process of automatic argon arc welding to effectively eliminate stress and extend the service life of the boiler.
