Guide: The heat loss and other heat losses of the furnace body of coal-fired hot water boilers account for a large part of the total heat loss. Other heat losses include gas incomplete combustion heat loss, mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss, and ash physical heat loss. Coal-fired hot water boiler The heat loss of the furnace body and other heat losses account for a large part of the total heat loss. Other heat losses include gas incomplete combustion heat loss, mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss, and ash physical heat loss.

Heat dissipation loss of the furnace body: The heat dissipation of the furnace body is caused by the surface temperature of the furnace wall, furnace barrel, frame, pipes and other accessories being higher than the ambient air temperature, and part of the heat is lost from the furnace surface to the outside world. Under normal circumstances, when the ambient temperature is not higher than 27°C, the external surface temperature of the equipment and insulation wall is not as high as 50°C, and the heat loss at this time is very small and can be ignored. In our many years of inspections at the Yinchen Boiler Plant in Henan Taikang, there are many boiler rooms whose windows are leaking and the indoor temperature is low. Especially for small and medium-sized boilers that have been used for more than 5 years, most of the outer surface temperatures are higher than 50℃. The temperature is less than 12℃, which increases the heat loss rate. In this case, energy can be saved by strengthening the maintenance of the furnace wall insulation in the coal-fired boiler room and reducing the boiler surface temperature.

Analysis of the heat loss of incomplete gas combustion: The heat loss of gas incomplete combustion is also called chemical incomplete combustion heat loss. It refers to the heat loss caused by the remaining combustible in the exhaust gas without its combustion heat. For coal-fired boilers , The heat loss of this part is very small, basically negligible.

Mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss analysis: Mechanical incomplete combustion heat loss is also called solid incomplete combustion heat loss, which includes three parts: slag incomplete combustion heat loss, coal leakage heat loss, and fly ash incomplete combustion heat loss. This part of the heat loss can be achieved by mixing coal types, regenerating particles, and improving the combustion environment to reduce coal leakage, coking and fly ash.

Analysis of physical heat loss of ash and slag: Physical heat loss of ash and slag is the physical heat loss carried by high-temperature coal slag after combustion. It is one of the inevitable heat losses at the modern technological level. There is no way to reduce this part. Heat loss.
