1. Gas-fired hot water boiler selection
1. Calculation formula for heating heat consumption:
Heating standard: 100w/m2
Heat consumption formula = 100×total area×860/1000
2, the calculation formula of heat consumption required for 1t water to heat up 40℃:
1T×1000L×40℃=40000kcal
Example: For example, if the user needs 5t of water per hour, the heating value of the boiler power required is
5tX40000Kcal=200000Kcal.
3. Calculation formulas applicable to various heat loss (such as Oike, etc.):

Example: A 10t large pond is calculated at a temperature drop of 3℃ per hour:

Among the operating costs of boilers, fuel costs account for the largest proportion, fuel costs = fuel consumption * unit price
Fuel consumption of gas-fired hot water boiler = boiler heating capacity ÷ thermal efficiency ÷ fuel calorific value
Take a 1 ton gas-fired hot water boiler as an example, the fuel consumption = 60 million Kcal÷92%÷8400Kcal/m³=78m³
1 ton gas-fired hot water boiler fuel cost = 78m³*3 yuan/m³=234 yuan (the unit price of natural gas is calculated at 3 yuan/m³)
