The gas boiler must be drained before it can be deactivated. Why is that?
Oil and gas boilers should be drained when the gas boilers are out of service: If the water in the gas boilers is not put in the winter, the boilers will freeze and crack, and in summer will have peculiar smells and long embroideries, so that the life of the boiler will be reduced. At the bottom of the boiler, there is a throttle for draining water. After it is opened, the water in the gas boiler pipe will flow back to the boiler, and the water in the boiler can be drained.
Water level control:
①Water level controller SZB-IV (electrode water level alarm)
1. When the normal water level is +30mm, the contact of the water pump control switch is disconnected, and the water pump stops working.
2. When the normal water level is -30mm, the contact of the water pump control switch contacts and the water pump starts to work.
3. When the normal water level is +50mm, the high water level contact of the first electromagnet of the gas boiler will output a high water level alarm signal.
4. When the normal water level of the gas boiler is -50mm, the second set of electromagnet low water level contacts combine to output an extremely low water level alarm signal.
