These processes require the temperature of the heat medium to be precisely adjustable between 200-280 ℃, and meet multiple standards of continuous operation, safety and reliability, energy conservation and environmental protection. The customer uses diesel as their boiler fuel. The refining of base oil, mixing of additives, and homogenization of finished products in lubricant production require strict temperature control within the range of 300 ℃± 5 ℃. This YY (Q) W-1000Y (Q) series oil&gas fired thermal oil heater is equipped with advanced combustion devices, and the boiler can be operated fully automatically. The summer temperatures in Saudi Arabia can reach over 50 ℃ with large temperature differences between day and night, and frequent sandstorms.
