At the same time, the company also hopes to fully utilize local biomass resources as boiler fuel to reduce energy costs and achieve green production. The feed mill originally used a diesel fired boiler. However, high fuel costs and unstable power supply affect their production continuity. The new local environmental regulations have also prompted the company to shift towards renewable energy. While this feed mill requires a stable steam source that operates for 16 hours per day at least and it can quickly respond to load fluctuations in the granulation process. Considering that biomass accounts for approximately 71% of the total energy consumption in the local energy structure with firewood, coconut shells, and rubber wood waste being the main industrial fuels. Xinli Boiler recommended the customer a set of 4 tons of biomass fired steam boiler model DZH4-1.25-SCII for it as well as taking into account the actual needs of the feed mill.

This DZH4-1.25-SCII series wood pellets fired steam boiler from Xinli Boiler is a horizontal water fire tube boiler designed specifically for biomass fuels. The rated evaporation capacity of the boiler is 4t/h, and the working pressure is 1.25MPa. It can adapt to various wood burning fuels such as wood blocks,wood pellets, straw, and so on. It is also highly compatible with the abundant coconut shell and rubber wood waste resources around Sri Lanka's feed mills. Xinli Boiler's technical team has optimized the size of the furnace liner to support the mixed combustion of firewood and agricultural waste, thereby helping the company solve the problem of dispersed fuel supply in the local area. The stable saturated steam provided by this boiler can accurately control the raw material temperature at 80-85 ℃ and adjust the moisture content to around 17% during the tempering process, which can meet the requirements of pre-treatment before granulation. It adopts layered combustion technology, which results in a particulate matter emission concentration of less than 30mg/m ³. This can meet the industrial environmental standards in Sri Lanka. In summary, Xinli Boiler's DZH4-1.25-SCII boiler demonstrates how traditional industrial equipment can drive sustainable development. This feed mill in Sri Lanka will achieve triple benefits of economic savings, supply chain stability, and environmental responsibility through waste energy conversion .
