After multiple rounds of negotiations, a customized WNS6-1.25-Y.Q diesel-fired steam boiler solution was developed for the company, helping it respond to Saudi Arabia's green industrial transformation goals. This solution was tailored to Saudi Arabia's characteristics of high temperature and dry conditions, reliance on diesel fuel, and stringent environmental standards.Xinli Boiler deeply adapted and optimized the WNS6-1.25-Y.Q boiler, equipping it with a high-efficiency energy-saving device and a flue gas condensation recovery module. It features an Euro-standard low-NOx burner, optimized injector atomization angle and combustion air ratio, meeting Saudi Arabia's latest boiler air pollutant emission standards. Thermal efficiency has also been significantly improved.
Xinli Boiler's dual-fuel design and high-temperature resistance perfectly adapt to the harsh Saudi environment. Nine months of continuous operation have proven the equipment's reliability. Its intelligent control system has been successfully integrated into our digital factory, resulting in a significant increase in the company's production efficiency. This project serves as a benchmark case for Xinli Boiler's dual-fuel boiler application in the Middle East, showcasing the technological strength of Chinese boiler manufacturers in adapting to special climates, intelligent control, and environmental standards.
