2. High combustion efficiency

In addition, the unburned particles separated by the cyclone separator are sent back to the furnace for cyclic combustion, which prolongs the fuel burning time and facilitates the burning of the fuel.

3. Good desulfurization effect

  The desulfurization agent in the circulating fluidized bed boiler is desulfurized at the corresponding reaction temperature in the furnace. The internal circulation and external circulation of fuel and materials in the furnace make the average residence time of the desulfurizer in the boiler longer, and the desulfurization process full. In addition, the particle size of the desulfurizing agent added to the boiler is small (0.1mm), and the reaction contact area with the material is large, so that the desulfurization efficiency is higher.

4. Low NOx emissions

  The furnace temperature of the circulating fluidized bed boiler is between 850°C and 950°C, the temperature is lower, and the generated NOx is less. In addition, the circulating fluidized bed adopts staged air supply and staged combustion, which can effectively reduce the generation of NOx.
