At this time, it is not suitable to use the accident drain gate to lower the water level, but should be discharged from the regular drain gate, which can improve the quality of the pot water and promote the water circulation.
(2) With the increase of steam pressure and steam temperature, the exhaust steam volume increases, and the water supply should be supplemented in time according to the change trend of the drum water level.
(3) During boiler flushing or safety door verification, the sudden increase in steam flow and the rapid drop in steam pressure often cause serious "false water level". Therefore, the water level should be kept low before performing the above operations. Then increase the water supply according to the changed steam flow to prevent the safety door from returning to the seat and other reasons that cause the water level to be too low.
(4) According to the boiler load, switch the water supply pipeline operation in time, and put the automatic water supply device into operation according to the specified conditions.
