Guide: Xinli WNS20-1.25-Y.Q Dual-Fuel Oil and Gas Steam Boiler Shipped to Uzbekistan Leading Chemical Company
I. Project Background: Capacity Expansion and Thermal Energy Upgrade Needs of a Leading Chemical Company
Uzbekistan, as an important industrial node along the Belt and Road Initiative, has a chemical industry accounting for 32% of its national industrial output. A certain chemical holding company is a leading chemical enterprise in Central Asia, with a production capacity covering more than 30% of Uzbekistan's total chemical output, mainly producing more than 170 products including mineral fertilizers and chemical reagents. With the company's expansion needs for its methanol production line, the existing heating system could not meet the continuous steam supply requirements of the new production line; furthermore, the high natural gas consumption did not align with Uzbekistan's "energy efficiency" strategy. Xinli Boiler, leveraging its technological accumulation in large-scale oil and gas boilers and its experience in cross-border projects, stood out in a global bidding process and successfully signed a contract for the WNS20-1.25-Y.Q oil and gas steam boiler system, helping the company achieve its dual goals of capacity expansion and green transformation.

II. Project Solution: Customized Core Configuration of WNS20-1.25-Y.Q Boiler
In response to the client's large steam demand, stringent environmental standards, and the unique climate of Uzbekistan, Xinli Boiler has deeply customized the WNS20-1.25-Y.Q boiler. With a rated evaporation capacity of 20t/h, operating pressure of 1.25MPa, and rated steam temperature of 194℃, it is equipped with a high-efficiency energy-saving heater and condenser module to meet the high-intensity steam demands of multiple processes such as PVC polymerization, methanol synthesis, and finished product drying, and is suitable for full-load operation of the new production line. It adopts a dual-furnace counter-current combustion design and is equipped with a German-imported low-NOx burner, increasing thermal efficiency to over 98.5% and solving the problem of insufficient fuel supply under high loads. Strictly adhering to pressure vessel strength standards and Eurasian Economic Union certification requirements, pressure-bearing components are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, and the welding process has passed third-party testing. It is equipped with an intelligent anti-freeze circulation system and dust protection devices. The boiler water level and pressure employ dual redundant control to meet the high-precision requirements of chemical production for steam quality, ensuring compliant commissioning.

III. Project Highlights: Xinli Boiler's Core Competitiveness Highlighted
The stable mass production and delivery of the WNS20-1.25-Y.Q boiler demonstrates Xinli Boiler's design, manufacturing, and commissioning capabilities in the 20t/h class of oil/gas-fired boilers, solving the high-load heating pain points of large chemical enterprises. From standard certification and voltage adaptation to climate protection, it comprehensively meets the industrial and policy needs of Uzbekistan, breaking through compliance barriers for cross-border boiler applications.

IV. Project Achievements: Expected to Achieve a Double Leap in Production Capacity and Energy Saving
The WNS20-1.25-Y.Q boiler system is about to be put into operation, with each boiler stably supplying 20 tons of qualified steam per hour, fully meeting the continuous operation requirements of the new production line, helping enterprises achieve capacity breakthroughs, and completely changing the current situation of Uzbekistan's reliance on imported chemical raw materials. This project has become a benchmark case for the upgrading of large-tonnage oil/gas-fired boilers in Uzbekistan's chemical industry, further consolidating Xinli Boiler's leading position in the cross-border supply of large industrial boilers in Central Asia.
