(3) Strictly control the pressure rise speed, especially the pressure rise speed in the 0～0.981MPa stage should not be greater than 0.014MPa/min. The heating rate is not more than 1.5～2℃/min.
(4) Diagonal grease guns should be switched on a regular basis, until the lower row of four grease guns are fully cast, try to make all parts evenly heated.
(5) After the above operation, the temperature difference between the upper and lower walls of the steam drum cannot be effectively controlled. When the temperature is close to or reaches 40℃, the pressure rise should be suspended and the sewage should be discharged regularly to enhance the water circulation. Wait until the temperature difference is stable and less than 40℃. Line boost.
