At present, the Tianjin Huadian Nangang Thermal Power Project is at the peak of its construction. There are many cross-operations, compact sites, numerous tower cranes, and constant traffic of construction vehicles. Before hoisting, the company organized the supervision unit and the construction unit to conduct a comprehensive technical clarification on how to overcome the problems of on-site cross-construction, site restrictions, high-temperature operations, etc., formulate the construction plan in detail, and implement the approval procedures for the special plan of dangerous projects in accordance with the requirements of the specification to ensure technology , Safe realization of double confession and double implementation. During the hoisting process, overcoming the high temperature and scorching heat, tracking in all directions, strictly controlling the safety and quality of the hoisting process, and all the staff united and cooperated to complete the hoisting task successfully.
Tianjin Huadian Nangang Thermal Power Project will simultaneously construct a 3×1200t/h supercritical CFB boiler and a 3×130t/h gas emergency backup boiler. At present, all three gas-fired boilers have completed the hydraulic test, the No. 1 coal-fired boiler is being hoisted on the heating surface, and the No. 2 boiler's large plate beam is preparing for the hoisting.
The successful hoisting of the No. 3 boiler marked the company’s full-scale installation project, pressing the fast forward button again for the construction of the project, laying a solid foundation for the unit to be put into production on schedule.
