First of all, the report pointed out that despite the impact of the epidemic, the overall development of renewable resources is still improving. "During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, China’s renewable energy will grow at an average annual rate of about 12%, and the annual average share of renewable energy power generation capacity has exceeded 50%."
In the report, the development of hydropower, wind power and biomass power generation was described. Among them, when Zi Ah mentioned biomass power generation, the report emphasized two words-stability. Knowing today from 2012, biomass power generation has been developing steadily. The report shows that by the end of 2019, my country’s cumulative installed capacity of biomass power generation reached 23.69 million kilowatts, an increase of 3.25 million kilowatts from 2018.
In addition to the number of installed capacity, the amount of biomass power generation is also increasing. In 2019, biomass power generation was about 111.1 billion kWh, a year-on-year increase of 22.6%.
Of course, in addition to stability, we also need to see that biomass power generation data is still at a disadvantage compared to other power generation methods. From another perspective, the market for biomass power generation is still very broad.
Regardless of the industry, stability and the market are very important indicators in the project evaluation process. Obviously, biomass power generation is qualified for these two indicators. In the past few years, no matter what difficulties biomass power generation has encountered, its development cannot be prevented.
