The boiler water pressure test of the country's largest biomass power generation project was successful

On May 1, the boiler hydraulic test of the Heilongjiang Fuhua Jinhe Cogeneration Project was successful, marking the successful completion of another major milestone node of the project.

The working pressure of the boiler's overall hydraulic test is 11.01MPa and the test pressure is 13.8MPa. Under the full supervision of the hydraulic test by the Qiqihart Procuratorate, the rate of pressure rise and fall meets the design requirements, and there is no leakage during the system check during the voltage stabilization At the point, the system is stable during overpressure, the pressure-bearing parts and valves on the heating surface of the boiler body have no leakage, and the pressure-containing components are not deformed, which has been unanimously praised by the expert group, the owner and the supervisor.



The Heilongjiang Fuhua Jinhe Project is located on the southeast side of Xingshi Village, Gannan County, Qiqihar City, and constructs a 2×150t/h high temperature and high pressure straw middle reheat circulating fluidized bed biomass direct combustion boiler + 2×30MW high temperature and high pressure condensing steam turbine The generating set has an annual power generation of 432 million kWh, a heating capacity of 1.5 million square meters, and can consume about 700,000 tons of straw and other biomass annually, which can solve the environmental pollution problems caused by the incineration of large amounts of straw and other biomass resources. The economic and social benefits will become the largest biomass power plant in the country after it is completed and put into operation.

The success of this boiler water pressure test has laid a solid foundation for the follow-up work.
