The Municipal Atmosphere Office recently held a meeting to promote comprehensive treatment of coal-fired boiler transformation. The meeting proposed that it is necessary to accelerate the transformation of coal-fired boilers and reduce the emission of air pollutants in the heating sector while ensuring the safety of people's livelihood heating.
At the promotion meeting that day, the Municipal Office of the Atmosphere of the Air, taking into account the fact that the transformation time is tight and the task is heavy, further requests for the progress of each unit’s transformation, and at the same time requires the Municipal Thermal Power Corporation and Lanzhou Zhenchao Thermal Power Co., Ltd. to step up the coordination with Kunlun Gas Company. , To accelerate the transformation of coal-fired boilers to ensure normal heating in winter.
The meeting pointed out that in accordance with the requirements of the "Northern Region Winter Clean Heating Plan (2017-2021)" jointly issued by ten national ministries and commissions in December 2017, there are currently 10 pulverized coal (coal water slurry) boilers with a capacity of 20 steam tons or more in our city. Ultra-low emissions must be achieved by the end of the year. The meeting required all relevant departments and boiler owners to fully understand the importance of this work, plan and deploy early, and carry out governance work in accordance with the priority of grid connection, coal to gas, and standard upgrading. The Municipal Thermal Power Corporation, Kunlun Gas Company and various boiler owners have stepped up their business connections and accelerated the transformation of coal-fired boilers. We must seize the time and invert the construction period to complete the transformation as planned to ensure normal heating in winter.
At the end of the meeting, it was emphasized that both clean heating and safe heating must be maintained, and the bottom line of safety must be adhered to while cleaning and heating. With cleanliness as the goal, under the premise of ensuring the safety of people's livelihood heating, various clean heating methods are adopted to reduce the emission of air pollutants in the heating field.
The meeting heard about the progress of the ultra-low emission transformation of coal-fired boilers by the Municipal Thermal Power Corporation and Lanzhou Zhenchao Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and the natural gas supply of Kunlun Gas Company.
