The circulating fluidized bed boiler is used for a food & beverage factory, the main products are instant noodle, beverage, flour, and plant, etc. The boiler is working under 1.6 MPa pressure. This circulating fluidized bed boiler has the characteristics of:
1. Power saving.
The fraught fan power saves above20%, decrease the pressured head of primary air fan, secondary air fan, roots blower and induced draft fan, decrease the power consumption.
2. Low coal consumption and high combustion efficiency.
Saves 3~5% coal consumption, low working pressure decreases raw material concentration at the area of secondary air area, the effect of secondary air is increased, and improve combustion efficiency.
3. Low abrasion.
There is nearly no abrasion on heating area. Low working pressure, low smoke flowing speed, and low erosion.
Except the above advantages, the circulating fluidized bed boiler has many other characteristics:
1. High combustion efficiency (97%) and thermal efficiency (86%).
2. Achieve in-furnace desulphurization, the desulphurization efficiency reaches as high as 90%, low temperature combustion, protect environment.
