In response to the unfavorable situation at that time, our Office specially formulated the "Ten Ozone Control Articles" based on the "Special Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Ozone Pollution in 2020 by the Autonomous Region" and the actual situation. The specific measures are as follows:
Ⅰ. Management of VOCs-related enterprises
1. In accordance with the "Regulations on the Control of Volatile Organic Compounds Undisposed Emissions", accelerate the promotion of non-scheduled emissions management and control operations. The main point is to carry out the storage, transfer and transportation of materials containing VOCs (including raw and auxiliary materials containing VOCs, products containing VOCs, waste materials containing VOCs, and organic polymers, etc.), leakage of equipment and pipeline components, opening of liquid surface escaping and Check and rectify the non-scheduled discharge links in the process.
2. If the sealing points of equipment and pipeline components containing gaseous and liquid VOCs are greater than or equal to 2,000, a round of leak detection and correction (LDAR) operation shall be completed by July 20, and the leak source shall be corrected in time.

Intensify the seasonal control of industrial enterprises' production.
