At 9:17 on July 22nd, local time, the Hunutlu Coal-fired Power Station No. 1 boiler large slab beam, designed by China Energy Construction East China Institute and constructed by Anhui Electric Power Construction No. 1 Company, began hoisting, marking the completion of the main boiler frame.
The project No. 1 boiler K2, K3, K4, K5 four axes are arranged with 4 pieces of superimposed large plate beams, the top elevation is 87.8 meters, and the heaviest plate beam is 75 tons. In the face of various difficulties such as epidemics, high temperatures, and strong winds, Anhui Power Construction No. 1 Co., Ltd. coordinated the equipment and human resources, repeatedly checked the dimensions of the large plate beams and the quality of the lifting lug welds, and strictly tested the construction machinery and tools, The personnel carried out detailed safety technical clarifications to ensure that safety measures, operating procedures, construction techniques, and technical requirements were implemented in place. At 10:37 on the 22nd, the first large slab beam was successfully hoisted in place.
The Hunutru coal-fired power station is located in Adana Province in southern Turkey. It is a key project for the connection between the Belt and Road Initiative and Turkey’s “Intermediate Corridor” plan. It will construct two 660,000-kilowatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units and construct flue gas simultaneously. The emission of desulfurization and SCR denitrification devices is better than EU standards and gas turbine standards.
