The specific scope is: south to Weijiao Road, north to North Outer Ring Road, east to Wei'an Road-East Outer Ring Road, and west to West Outer Ring Road.
The high-polluting fuel mentioned in this notice is the third type of fuel combination in the "High-polluting Fuel Catalog", that is, coal and its products (including raw coal, loose coal, coal gangue, coal slime, coal powder, coal water slurry, briquette, coal Coke, blue charcoal, etc.); petroleum coke, oil shale, crude oil, heavy oil, residual oil, coal tar; non-dedicated boilers or special boilers without high-efficiency dust removal facilities burned biomass molding fuel.
Except for large and small central heating boilers within the scope of the heating plan, new, altered, and expanded facilities that use high-polluting fuels are prohibited in the no-burn zone. Units and individuals that originally used high-polluting fuels should be within the prescribed time limit. Stop burning high-polluting fuels and switch to natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, electricity and other clean energy sources. Failure to rectify on time shall be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the law.
According to requirements, Weifang Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Municipal Public Security Bureau, Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, Municipal Urban Management Bureau, Municipal Health Commission, Municipal Emergency Bureau, and Municipal Market Supervision Bureau In accordance with their respective responsibilities, other departments should increase the promotion of clean energy applications, speed up the planning and construction of related infrastructure such as electricity, natural gas, and central heating, and jointly do a good job in the ban on high-polluting fuels.
